NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE: Attention Nate Freeman… You have five (5) days to remove the false and defamatory comments you have written about Joyce McKinney–or CONSIDER THIS NOTICE THAT A LEGAL ACTION WILL BE INSTITUTED AGAINST YOU! MS. MCKINNEY HAS NEVER BEBN CHARGED WITH RAPING A MAN, NOR DID SHE “RAPE ” HER FIANCE AS YOU SLANDERED HER IN SAYING. The dishonest film maker Errol Morris and his producers and distributors are being sued for millions of dollars for portraying Ms. McKinney is a false light, and the producer you talked to lied even to you. Lipson and another woman producer approached Ms. McKinney with the lie that they were “doing a TV series on Paparazzi for Showtime”. His other henchmen, AJAE CLEARWAY lied also and told her that “Morris believed that she was innocent and wanted to clear her name”. That was the only reason she agreed to an inverview. But while the deceptive Morris was interviewing her, Lipson and his cronies RANSACKED HER LUGGAGE AND STOLE EVERYTHING SHE HAD IN HER SUITCASE AND MADE COPIES OF IT WITHOUT HER CONSENT. THEY EVEN STOLE HER BABY PICTURES BELONGING TO HER PARENTS, her diary, materials for her memoirs, her family’s home movies of some dogs barking for a peace warrant case, and a memorabilia collection that Penthouse offered her millions of dollars for, which she turned down because of her personal beliefs AGAINST nudty. Moreover, she NEVER posed “nude” for Morris or any talboid. They just faked it by putting her head on someone else’s body. If you knew jack about film, you would have had the intelligence to recognize this!
The real question here is, why are YOU lying to protect Lipson and Morris, as you outright LIE on Ms. McKinney?! In the seventies, her fiance was a baby faced overweight high school grad who worked at a Taco Bell; she was an intelligent well educated gorgeous blonde model and beauty queen who ran for MISS USA and could get any guy she wanted. He saw a beautiful blonde go by in a Corvette, and HE chased HER. You like Morris, have the story BACKWARDS. It was HE who chased her and HE asked HER to marry him— Still the couple were deeply in love and doing great until the Mormons brainwashed him into a bowl of jello. It is so obvious how incredibly IGNORANT you are of MORMONISM, and you should have investigated the cult’s brainwashing tactics before making a libelous and ignorant comment regarding Ms. McKinney. Your opinion of her is based on Morris’ perverted FICTIONAL libelous film and LIPSON’s laziness in “producing” (?) this Porno-Mockumentary designed to cause people to ridicule and laugh at Ms. McKinney, despite the pain it causes her. Which is why she will stomp them in court in her Slander action–all she has to do is take into court, articles by jerks such as yourself who repeat Morris tablid slander, to prove he “brought her up to public ridcule” when she was trying to lead a quiet peaceful life. He did abosultely NO investigation of what happened in England, which is why he and Morris lack insight into her story. Their ignorance of the “subject” they did a film on, is astounding! I think they will realize that when they get to a court of law, and have to pay Ms. McKinney millions of dollars in damages for not being able to back up their libelous stories, they’ll like you Nate, have to learn the hard way! Ms. McKinney is also considering pressing criminal charges of Grand Theft against Lipson and the others for the theft of her pictures and their refusal to return the pictures and other materials they stole, as well as for their use of material and pictures stolen out of her luggage for advertising and even a poster which they are selling–and a silly record album with dumb “villian music” which sounds like it came straight out of Perils of Pauline. Lipson and cronies, in reaioty, stole a picture with an apple from an innocent musical she was in called “The Apple Tree”. (She had planned to use her apple photo for the cover of her book. Instead Morris– like the trashy filthy thieving tabloids he so reveres, used it to present her as a “seductress in the garden of Evil.”) Lipson also was directly involved in the brutal murder of her beloved service dog Jazz Puppy and even paid a man who aided in this death in order to pressure her to sign a paper to absolve him of his part in the theft! Lipson was so money/fame hungry they he and Morris had no regard for the fact that Ms. McKinney is an elderly woman, partially blind and physically handicapped who needed the dog, and only wanted to lead a quiet life, devoid of publicty and the media circus this perverted libelous film has engendered. Lipson is one sick money hungry individual. He and Morris have no regard for the feelings of others whatsover. They KNEW that the taloid press hoax the Mormon PR teams orchestrated to slander Joyce was a lie, but they tried to make the TABLOID guys appear truthful, and MS. MCKINNEY, (who has passed a lie detector test and IS telling the truth) into a liar! Morris and Lipson are so malicious while trying to please their Mormon and tabloid buddies that they could care less about truth or what pain their lies cause Ms. McKinney. They have no conscience. Ms. McKinney’s mother was so overwrought due to depresion the defamatory film caused, that she attempted suicide and has been on life support since the suicide attempt caused by media harrasment —libelous stories that Morris’ PR teams and media people spread slandering Ms. McKinney. And by the way, Ms. McKinney is suing the publicity companies as well as the UTAH distributors behind this sick film. Also their “sources” in the film–two men who she has NEVER EVEN MET, yet they desribed in detail her “sex life” according to them. Plus a prevaricating tall tale telling midget pilot who once came on to her and she told him to take a hike because she found him repulsive and because she was loyal to her Kirk. And boy did that nut pilot lie! He made up a story that he “went to dinner and a nude beach with Joyce”–a complete fabrication–to get PAID cash money by Morris. Morris PAYS people in his documentaries, didn’t you know, Nate? Some “documentarian” huh? He is a checkbook journalist just like the tabloids and he is thus down on their level.
You have LIED against Ms. McKinney on behalf of your buddies Morris and Lipson, and if you do NOT remove the libelous and false statement you have made accusing Ms.McKinney a former Miss Wyoming who ran for MISS USA, of a sex crime–of “raping” a 300 pound Mormon! Make no mistake about it, she WILL SUE you, in a civil action as well as pursue CRIMINAL LIBEL actions against you. For your information, it is a criminal offence to accuse someone of a sex crime they have never been charged with. You could end up in jail as well as served with a civil action. Don’t count on saying “Yeah I know I lied on Ms. McKinney, but I got the story from someone else”. That doesn’t wash in court. You Nate, will be required to bring a CHARGE sheet FROM ENGLAND stating that Ms. McKinney WAS CHARGED WITH RAPING A MAN. Since none exists, THAT PUTS YOU IN HOT WATER RIGHT THERE.
Also, your internet service provider has been traced. We want to subpoenae you in our lawsuit against Lipson and Morris, as a perfect example of ignorant journalists and bloggers who actually are stupid enough to believe the kidnap rape hoax tale by Morris, and show how it has brought her up to “public hatred and ridicule” [a facet of any big libel action.]
Are you hoping to be a journalist someday, Nate? If so, you should go back to school and learn a bit about Reckless Disregard for Truth, which you are guilty of here! You did abslutely NO effort to call London courts, or you would have learned (a) that Ms. McKinney was never charged with rape and (b) that according to Halsbury’s Statutes (the book of law on which all British laws are based) “a woman cannot be charged with raping a man in England” And are you too stupid, Nate, to get court records? Because Kirk admitted in court that NO cholroform was ever used on him. Yet you LIED on Ms. McKinney!
Were you in the bedroom with Ms. McKinney and her fiance in 1977? No? Well you LIE to your readers and pretend that you were and speak as if you were! Think about it now — as you will be asked these things in court when Ms.McKinney sues you, Morris and other dishonest journalists and media
people who use the words “kidnap” “rape” followed, or obsessed to make her appear as a “crazy” criminal and sexual offender. In fact, both she and her fiance were virgins, a fact of which they were both very proud. How does that compare to your own sex life and morality, Nate?
Another thing: This film and defamatory stories and headlines it evokes are causing Ms. McKinney severe emotional trauma and depression, and with her beloved dog savagely murdered due to the film-makers actions, and her mother expected to die, and thousands of medical bills from her being kept on a ventilater in a coma, there is NOTHING funny about this sick film. So how dare you laud or give accolades to any such trash that caused so much harm to an innocent family? Nate, you must be a freind of Morris or Lipson, trying to help them hide what REALLY happened in the making of this perverted worthless film.
